Business process outsourcing firm Alorica is set to open a facility in Tuguegarao City on Sept. 23, marking the entry of the first large-scale BPO employer in Region 2.
Call center operator Alorica said it needs close to 4,000 jobs by end of July, saying the BPO industry continues to provide essential services even during a post-pandemic scenario.
Alorica has announced its continued expansion in Asia with the addition of two contact centers in Angeles City and Pasay City, which will add to the 28,000 jobs that Alorica said it will create in 2019.
