Fiber broadband provider Converge ICT Solutions has extended free fiber connectivity to more than 70 Revenue District Offices (RDO) nationwide of the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) to support the electronic filing of the Annual Income Tax Return (AITR) and payment of taxes due this tax filing season.
The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) has announced that online merchants with earnings amounting to more than P500,000 annually are now subject to a 1-percent withholding tax.
