Globe Telecom said it has completed its system refresh and opted out 100% of its customers with prepaid or postpaid VAS (value-added service) subscriptions.
During a recent Senate hearing on the issue of the disappearance of prepaid loads, a resource person testified that clicking "X" on a pop-up resulted in an opt-in to the unwanted VAS.
