Tagaytay Highlands, in partnership with Canon and SM Cares, recently held ?Let?s Get High 3 ? A Camp Challenge?, which allowed special education kids of Community of Learners Foundation (COLF) and Communicare Life Skills Development Center to enjoy a fun-filled day at scenic Tagaytay Highlands.
Twenty kids with autism, Down Syndrome, global developmental delay, and learning disabilities were divided into groups with four members each.
Following the format of an adventure race, teams were tasked to accomplish series of challenges such as fishing, mini-golf and local Filipino parlor games.
With ?Let?s Get High 3?, bonding moments were captured and the COLF Photography class was given the chance to enhance their skills and capture these moments.
?Canon partners with many organizations promoting social welfare,? said Ernalou Del Rosario, corporate communications manager for Canon Marketing Philippines Inc.
?We have many banner programs supporting different advocacies in line with our corporate philosophy of kyosei which means living and working together for the common good.?
SM Cares also treated the kids with free entrance and rides to the Sky Ranch in the afternoon to cap the event.
