Owners of Epson?s genuine ink tank system printers have a chance to win an Epson LW-300 label printer just by giving feedback to the tech firm.
?Customer feedback is integral to the Epson design philosophy. A critical component of our manufacturing process is listening to the customer, understanding their requirements, and then creating a product that exceeds their expectations,? said Donna V. Ferro, head of marcom and PR of Epson Philippines.
?We are thankful that Epson?s genuine ink tank system printers have been accepted by the market tremendously. As a technology company that believes in continuous improvement and innovation, we are taking this opportunity to invite all Epson ink tank system printer owners to give us their feedback. All our customers need to do is to go to www.epson.com.ph/reviewinktank, tell us what they think about their product, and provide their details for a chance to win an Epson label printer,? added Ferro.
Users of Epson printers can go to the company?s website, give a rating to the ink tank system they use (L-Series or M-Series), and share their experience with the product.
Ten participants will be chosen at random as winners, and each winner will receive an Epson LW-300 Labelworks printer.
The contest is open to any person who owns or uses an Epson ink tank system printer, whether at home or at work, within the Philippines. Ownership and usage of the printer shall be verified via the participant?s submission of the product serial number. Each product serial number can only be submitted once.
Ferro clarified that no additional purchase is required to enter or win in the contest, nor will additional purchases improve a participant?s chances of winning.
?This is really about listening to our customers. As a technology innovator, Epson makes sure that the products we develop are aligned with the needs of the market.?
Epson?s L-Series (color) and M-Series (monochrome) printers are the first (and only) genuine ink tank system printers in the world.
The L-Series can print up to 4,000 pages from a P250 ink bottle. The seven centavos/page cost gives it the lowest running cost against any printer in the market today that uses genuine consumables.
The M-Series, on the other hand, has a page yield of 6,000 pages per bottle. Compared to its competitors, the Epson M-Series is a superior alternative to mono laser printers.
