Mobile operator Smart Communications has unveiled its new flagship store at the SM Megamall in Mandaluyong City, with state-of-the-art features that allow subscribers to have an immersive experience with the latest technologies available in the market.
The Smart Store, which used to be known as the Jump Experience Center, is powered by a syncing technology that allows for multiscreen video design on panoramic walls ? a first for a telco in Southeast Asia.
The result is a dynamic modern playground for subscribers to discover and explore the hottest videos, music, games and perks, while enjoying a seamless customer service.

The elevated customer journey starts with the Attract Wall, an interactive augmented reality window that welcomes customers into the venue.
A member of the Smart Squad ? a team of tech-savvy customer service experts ? is on hand with a tablet to assist on the paperless integrated queuing system.
For fast-track service, customers may proceed to Self-Care Wall, which lets them manage their accounts and avail of services such as activating a SIM and reloading account, among others.
While waiting for their turn at the queue, subscribers may also head to the interactive Product Wall, which projects the key features of devices. Using the interactive screen, they may also compare smartphones to check out the perfect unit that suits their lifestyles.
