Taiwanese network equipment company D-Link has partnered with local tech firm Nanotec Corporation to expand the distribution of its networking and security products in the Philippines, specifically its newly launched surveillance solutions.
A new player in the CCTV market, D-Link is now offering IP security and CCTV cameras for small office/home office (SOHO) and and small to medium-sized business (SMB). It still has its line of?routers, network switches range extenders, Ethernet cables, and access points.
?Rising security concerns pose a challenge to consumers, SOHOs and SMBs alike. The new line of surveillance solutions from D-Link hopes to help users address security issues with convenience and reliability. Through this partnership with Nanotec, we hope to bring our security solutions closer to our target market,? said D-Link president Jacky Chang.
Eason Cheng, general manager of Nanotec, said Nanotec nows covers all the areas where D-Link has a product line. D-Link, on the other hand, seeks to draw upon Nanotec?s expertise in selling surveillance products to penetrate the Philippine market.
