Salesforce specialist Appistoki intros Agentforce in PH

Appistoki, following its acquisition by local tech firm Novare and as a Salesforce Summit Channel partner, introduced Salesforce’s Agentforce to businesses in the Philippines during a discovery session it hosted.

Agentforce is the agentic layer of the Salesforce platform that allows organizations to build, customize, and deploy autonomous AI agents to support various business functions, including service, sales, marketing, and commerce.

The agentic AI technology is designed to deliver personalized, proactive, and efficient customer service through the power of AI and cloud technology.

Agentforce harnesses the capabilities of the Atlas Reasoning Engine, a proprietary system designed to simulate how humans think and plan, that enables agents to retrieve relevant data then reason and act.

By automating essential processes and generating predictive insights, Agentforce strives to optimize workflows and improve overall business outcomes.

Agentforce enables AI agents to operate independently, taking on specific tasks tailored to the unique needs of each company and take action without human oversight.

Utilizing a low-code builder for Agentforce, Agent Builder, autonomous AI agents can be created by anyone for any role, industry or use case, and trained on company-specific data, allowing for more accurate and contextual responses to customer interactions.

The integration of the Atlas Reasoning Engine enables users to engage with the AI agent in a conversational manner, eliminating the need for complex commands or prompts.
