Converge ICT Solutions Inc. has strengthened its leadership team as it accelerates its push beyond residential fiber broadband into enterprise and small- and medium-enterprise (SME) technology services.
The company said the move supports its growing business-to-business (B2B) strategy following the launch of the Converge Global Business headquarters in November, signaling a deeper focus on serving large enterprises and industry clients with a broader portfolio of technology solutions.
Converge has appointed Grace Jarin-Castillo to lead its enterprise business. Jarin-Castillo is known for building corporate data businesses in developed markets, with experience spanning data center services, managed services, cloud, hosted platforms, mobility solutions, and other value-added enterprise and wholesale offerings.
She brings more than 35 years of experience in enterprise business development, including over a decade focused on solution-selling to top enterprise customers.
To further expand its B2B footprint, Converge also onboarded Dindo Marzan to head its SME Business Group. Marzan has more than 20 years of experience in developing and commercializing technology platforms across emerging and developed markets.
Before joining Converge, Marzan served as chief operating officer of BayaniPay, where he helped scale the Los Angeles-based fintech startup to $200 million in gross transaction value and led its expansion in North America.
At Converge, he is tasked with driving SME revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and strengthening the company’s position in the SME market. His previous roles include leadership posts at True Digital Group, Voyager Innovations, ABS-CBN, Globe Telecom, and Mozcom.
Converge has also expanded its executive team overseeing people and culture as part of its transition into a technology-driven organization. The company appointed Mylene S. Sardinia as its C-level head for People and Culture in October 2025.
Sardinia brings more than 25 years of experience in human capital strategy, business transformation, and organizational development across the BPO, HR outsourcing, and media sectors.
Prior to joining Converge, she served as chief people officer and senior director for operations at Business Process Outsourcing International, a pioneer in HR and finance and accounting outsourcing.
