HR software provider GreatDay HR is expanding across Southeast Asia as small and medium enterprises increasingly replace manual payroll and workforce processes with cloud-based systems.
The company now operates in the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam. Its entry into Vietnam is its latest regional expansion.
GreatDay HR said its platform is used by more than 4,000 companies and has over one million active users across Southeast Asia.
The software consolidates payroll, attendance, leave management, and employee records into a single cloud-based system.
The expansion comes as businesses seek to reduce administrative work caused by fragmented or paper-based HR processes. This is particularly relevant in the Philippines, where micro, small, and medium enterprises account for 99.5% of business establishments.

GreatDay HR is part of SunFish DataOn Philippines, which provides automated payroll and workforce management systems through its GreatDay HR and SunFish platforms.
The company was also named Best HR Management App at APAC Insider’s South East Asia Business Awards in 2025 and 2026.
