TCL has expanded its smartphone business in the Philippines with the launch of the NXTPAPER 60 Ultra and NXTPAPER 70 Pro, two Android devices built around the company’s paper-like display technology.
The company also introduced the more affordable K70 Power 4G as part of the new mobile lineup.
TCL’s NXTPAPER technology, first introduced in 2021, combines hardware and software features designed to reduce eye strain while maintaining color and image quality.
The displays are intended to provide a paper-like viewing experience for activities such as reading, document viewing and video streaming.

The NXTPAPER 60 Ultra is the top model in the lineup, featuring a 7.2-inch FHD+ NXTPAPER 4.0 display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It runs Android 16 and is powered by the Dimensity 7400 Elite chipset.
It comes with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage, with microSD expansion of up to 2TB. TCL also lists an additional 12GB of RAM expansion.
For imaging, the phone carries a 50-megapixel main camera with optical image stabilization, a 50-megapixel 3x telephoto camera with OIS, and an 8-megapixel ultrawide camera. A 32-megapixel camera sits at the front.
The device has a 5,200mAh battery with 33W charging and supports either two physical SIM cards or a physical SIM and eSIM.
The NXTPAPER 70 Pro, meanwhile, uses a 6.9-inch 120Hz FHD+ NXTPAPER 4.0 display and a Dimensity 7300 chipset. It ships with Android 16, 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, along with support for microSD cards of up to 2TB.
Its rear camera system consists of a 50-megapixel main camera with OIS and an 8-megapixel ultrawide camera, while the front camera has a 32-megapixel sensor. Like the 60 Ultra, it has a 5,200mAh battery with 33W charging.
TCL is positioning the NXTPAPER models for a mix of productivity and entertainment, including document viewing, content creation and AI-assisted tasks.
At the lower end of the lineup is the K70 Power 4G, powered by the MediaTek Helio G100 Ultra chipset. It features a 6.75-inch 120Hz display with a 720-by-1570 resolution, 4GB of RAM, 128GB of storage and Android 16.
The K70 Power 4G also has a 5,200mAh battery, a 50-megapixel main camera and an 8-megapixel front camera.
TCL’s specifications list the K70 Power 4G with 18W charging, although the company’s accompanying product description separately claims 33W fast charging.
The NXTPAPER 60 Ultra in Nebula Black with 12GB RAM and 512GB storage is priced at P35,995. The NXTPAPER 70 Pro in Nebula Gold with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage costs P22,995, while the K70 Power 4G in Nebula Blue with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage is priced at P9,495.
