Appistoki, Salesforce open AI center for PH enterprises

Appistoki has opened a Salesforce Data and AI Center of Excellence in Bonifacio Global City to help Philippine companies develop and deploy artificial intelligence applications across their operations.

Located at the headquarters of Appistoki parent Novare Technologies in Taguig City, the center will serve as an innovation and demonstration hub for Salesforce’s Agentforce agentic AI platform and Data 360 data engine.

The facility will show companies how they can consolidate data, use AI agents to automate workflows, improve customer engagement, and build connected digital services. It will also host customer briefings, demonstrations, workshops, and collaborative development sessions.

Appistoki said the center would initially focus on the real estate industry, with potential applications including automated lead engagement, personalized property recommendations, and AI-assisted customer support.

“We wanted to create a space where organizations can experience AI in action. Through Agentforce, businesses will better understand how intelligent and connected customer engagement can transform industries such as real estate,” said Appistoki founder and chief executive officer Abhijeet Kulkarni.

The company said the center would help organizations move beyond experimental AI projects by developing applications that can be deployed at scale.

“Novare is committed to delivering purposeful and enterprise-ready AI solutions for Filipino companies. AI should create a meaningful impact for both businesses and people. This initiative reflects our commitment to helping organizations adopt AI in ways that are practical, responsible, and outcome-driven,” said Novare Technologies chief executive officer Victor Silvino.

Paul Carvouni, senior vice president and general manager of Salesforce Asean, said companies would need to apply AI to specific business processes and measurable objectives.

“Business success in the Philippines will be defined by organizations that move beyond AI pilots to apply AI where it delivers measurable outcomes. Our collaboration with Appistoki on this CoE reinforces our commitment to equipping Filipino businesses with the technology and expertise needed to turn AI ambition into real competitive advantage. Together, we are leading the shift to agentic transformation across the region,” Carvouni said.

Appistoki and Salesforce have previously worked on data and AI projects in real estate, banking, and telecommunications.

Ayala Land chief information officer Roscoe M. Pineda said the property developer plans to apply AI to information already stored on Salesforce.

“Appistoki has been a critical part of our Salesforce journey. We’re taking that journey to the next level — using AI on top of the data we’ve built on Salesforce to unlock more value from our investment and our partnership with Appistoki,” Pineda said.

Appistoki, a Salesforce consulting partner under Novare, operates teams in the Philippines, Singapore, Indonesia, and India. It is also part of the Salesforce Forward Deployed Engineering Partner Network, which helps customers move AI systems from development to production.
