Samsung Electronics has launched the Galaxy S26 FE in the Philippines, expanding its S26 smartphone lineup with a model that starts at P46,990.
The phone runs on Samsung’s Exynos 2500 processor, built using a 3-nanometer process, and comes with 8GB of RAM. It ships with One UI 9 and will receive seven generations of operating system upgrades and seven years of security updates.
The Galaxy S26 FE has a 6.7-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of 1,900 nits.
Its rear camera system consists of a 50-megapixel main camera, a 12MP ultrawide camera, and an 8MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. A 12MP camera is placed on the front for selfies and video calls.
Samsung also brought My FanCam, a feature previously available on the Galaxy Z Fold8, to the new phone. It can track a selected person while recording and automatically adjust the frame to keep the subject centered.
Another video feature, Super Steady with Horizontal Lock, is designed to reduce camera shake and maintain a level frame when recording movement or fast-paced activities.
The phone includes Samsung’s updated artificial intelligence features. Now Brief provides customizable cards for information such as weather and wellness updates, while Now Nudge can use notifications and supported third-party apps to deliver prompts and suggested actions.
Circle to Search with Google also allows users to identify and search for multiple objects shown in a single image.
The Galaxy S26 FE is available in Blueberry, Graphite, and Pistachio. It is priced at P46,990 for the 128GB version, P53,990 for 256GB, and P67,990 for 512GB.
Samsung said launch offers available until Nov. 30 include discounts of up to P7,000 on the 512GB model. The device also comes with Samsung Care+ coverage.
