Fastfood chain Chowking has launched a mobile app that lets customers order for delivery or pickup, schedule orders, and access promotions exclusive to the platform.
The app also offers lower delivery fees, although the company did not disclose specific rates or how much customers can save compared with other ordering channels.
Users can browse the menu, select delivery addresses, and complete orders through a streamlined checkout process. The app supports advance orders for delivery and pickup, pickup at participating stores, and QR-based ordering for dine-in and takeout.
Chowking said the app’s exclusive offers include promotions and welcome deals for new users. The company did not provide details on the available discounts or their validity periods.
“We wanted to create a digital experience that makes getting Chowking even easier for our customers,” said Jia Du, vice president for marketing.
The launch adds another digital ordering channel for the fast-food chain, which serves Chinese-inspired dishes in the Philippines.
The Chowking app is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
