Oppo and Vivo held the top two spots with 27% and 25% shares, respectively. Tech powerhouse Samsung was number 3 with a 9% share during Q4 but its shipments plunged by 32% -- the only company to experience to a negative growth.
Samsung has announced globally that they will be releasing Lite models for the Galaxy S and Note series, specifically, the Galaxy S10 Lite and Note 10 Lite. In the local scene, there is no telling when the S10 Lite will be making its debut, but the Note 10 Lite is set to be available on Valentine’s Day.

Vivo Philippines recently bared its newest flagship offering -- the Vivo V17 Pro, which features six camera lenses including two that are touted as the industry’s first 32MP Dual Elevating Front Camera.
The new smartphones feature an enhanced quad rear camera setup consisting of a 48MP main sensor, an 8MP wide angle lens, a 13MP telephoto lens, and a 2MP mono lens.
