VST ECS Phils, Inc. has been appointed as the local distributor of US-based edge cloud platform provider Fastly,in a move aimed at expanding the availability of content delivery and cybersecurity solutions to local enterprises.

VST ECS president and CEO Jimmy Go and Cisco’s Herns Hermida are urging the passage of a data sovereignty law, saying it could attract global tech investments, create thousands of jobs, and drive the development of world-class data centers in the Philippines.

VST ECS will offer Vertiv’s portfolio of end-to-end power and cooling systems and integrated solutions to enterprise, commercial, and government sectors.

The collaboration was officially launched at the VST-ECS ICT Tech Summit held last May 6 where Hexnode also showcased its solutions.
