Apple reseller Power Mac Center (PMC) has opened an Apple Premium Partner (APP) store at SM Lanang, its first branch of this kind in Mindanao.
PMC is currently the only authorized reseller in the Philippines permitted to operate APP stores. These stores follow Apple’s global retail format, offering retail, service, and training in a single location.
“Our APP stores are dedicated spaces where Apple fans find all their digital lifestyle essentials, a community hub where they can celebrate technology in the way that matters to them. This expansion initiative brings forth that unique experience to a wider customer base, starting with Mindanao,” said PMC director for marketing and product management Joey Alvarez.
The store will also provide training and service support and create employment opportunities for local staff. Employees receive compensation, technical and leadership training, and life skills coaching, according to the company.
Beyond retail, APP stores are intended to help integrate Apple technology into workplaces and schools. Organizations in Mindanao may coordinate with the SM Lanang branch for assistance from PMC’s education and enterprise groups.
To mark the opening, PMC is offering in-store promotions until September 30, 2025, including discounts on MacBook Air, iPhone, Apple TV, AirPods, and Apple product bundles. Free in-store group demos will also be held every weekend, along with branch-specific service offers.
Customers can also join PMC’s loyalty program, 1 Infinite, which provides points redeemable for devices, accessories, and training courses, along with discounts on Apple-related services.
