Predator Gaming concluded the Philippine leg of the 2026 Asia Pacific Predator League after two days of competition on Nov. 15 to 16, closing out the national qualifiers with a total prize pool of ₱500,000.
The tournament followed a month of qualifiers that began on October 18, drawing top Dota 2, Valorant, and — for the first time — League of Legends teams from across the country. Winners from each title will represent the Philippines at the regional finals in India in January 2026.
In Dota 2, rising squad Kukuys pulled off the biggest upset of the event after defeating defending champions Execration in the Grand Finals.
Execration, whose veteran-heavy roster was expected to dominate, fell short against KUKUYS’s sharper execution and team coordination.
The battle for third place saw Team Nemesis overpower InterActive Philippines, securing the final Philippine Dota 2 slot for the APAC Finals.
Day 2 marked the league’s first-ever League of Legends competition, where NAOS Esports toppled favorites West Point Esports – Academy to claim the national title.
In Valorant, Oasis Gaming reaffirmed its status as one of the country’s strongest teams after a 3–1 victory over Xipto Esports. Despite a brief momentum shift from Xipto, Oasis maintained control throughout the series to secure its ticket to New Delhi.
With the qualifiers wrapped up, the Philippines will be represented at the 2026 Asia Pacific Predator League Finals by Kukuys, Execration, Team Nemesis, NAOS Esports, and Oasis Gaming, as they prepare to face top squads from across the Asia-Pacific region early next year.
