Quotable AI, PayMongo tie up on SME payments

Quotable AI and PayMongo have entered a partnership aimed at integrating quoting and payment processes for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the Philippines, addressing persistent inefficiencies in business-to-business (B2B) transactions.

Many local SMEs still rely on fragmented workflows, such as sending quotations via email, confirming deals through messaging apps, and verifying payments through manual processes. These steps often result in delays, repeated follow-ups, and added administrative work.

Under the partnership, Quotable AI’s platform will integrate PayMongo’s payment infrastructure, allowing businesses to move from quotation to payment within a single workflow.

The system covers functions such as quoting, procurement, invoicing, and collections, with payments embedded directly into quotes or invoices.

With the integration, businesses can send payment links that do not require account logins, enabling buyers and suppliers to complete transactions more quickly.

“Quotable AI’s platform is built around the idea that software should adapt to how businesses already work, rather than forcing them into rigid systems,” said Carlo Silva, co-founder and CEO of Quotable AI.

“Most SMEs don’t have a payment problem, they have a workflow problem. Payments are just one part of a much bigger process, so integrating PayMongo into Quotable AI allows us to fully close that loop.”

The companies said the system is designed to reduce time spent managing multiple tools while improving transaction speed and coordination across business processes.

PayMongo said its platform consolidates payment acceptance, fund management, and money movement, allowing businesses to manage financial operations within a single system.

“PayMongo was built to be an accessible financial OS that can handle various transactions at scale. Partnering with Quotable AI helps us bring payments closer to core workflows, making it easier for them to accept payments, improve cash flow, and scale with confidence,” said Jojo Malolos, CEO of PayMongo.

The companies said the integration reflects a broader shift among Philippine SMEs toward more connected systems that combine workflows, payments, and operational data in one platform.

In a related development, PayMongo has also partnered with Stelsen Integrated Systems Inc. to deploy a digital payment system for safety and security solutions, which went live in April 2026.

The agreement integrates PayMongo as Stelsen’s financial operating system, supporting transactions for life safety, fire protection, and security installations across commercial, industrial, and residential clients.

The companies said the collaboration aims to provide a secure and seamless payment experience for high-value transactions, where reliability and trust are critical.

“At Stelsen, we don’t just build systems that protect lives — we build relationships grounded in trust. Partnering with PayMongo means our customers can move through the payment process with the same assurance they place in our safety solutions,” said James Yabut, CEO of Stelsen Integrated Systems Inc.

PayMongo said the integration expands its role beyond a payment gateway to embedded financial infrastructure across industries.

“We’re proud to redefine the standard of how Stelsen’s customers pay. This partnership reflects what we’ve been continuously building at PayMongo: becoming a financial backbone that businesses across industries can confidently depend on,” said Malolos.

The company earlier said its platform consolidates payment acceptance, fund management, and money movement, allowing businesses to manage financial operations within a single system.

“PayMongo was built to be an accessible financial OS that can handle various transactions at scale. Partnering with Quotable AI helps us bring payments closer to core workflows, making it easier for them to accept payments, improve cash flow, and scale with confidence,” Malolos added.
