Asus Philippines has introduced the ExpertBook Ultra, a new flagship business laptop aimed at professionals seeking a lightweight device with high-performance computing, enterprise security, and artificial intelligence capabilities.
The 14-inch laptop weighs 0.99 kilogram and measures 10.9 millimeters thick. Asus said it is built using aerospace-grade AZ31B magnesium-aluminum alloy and coated with its Nano Ceramic Technology, which the company said improves scratch and wear resistance compared to conventional laptop finishes.
The ExpertBook Ultra is equipped with an Intel Core Ultra X9 Series 3 processor, Intel Arc B390 integrated graphics, and ASUS ExpertCool Pro thermal technology.
According to Asus, the system can sustain up to 50W CPU thermal design power without performance throttling while maintaining operating noise below 20 decibels.
The laptop also comes with a PCIe Gen5x4 solid-state drive and memory with up to 9,600 MT/s bandwidth to support demanding business workloads.
For display, the ExpertBook Ultra features a 14-inch 3K (2880 x 1800) Tandem OLED touchscreen with up to 1,400 nits peak HDR brightness, variable refresh rate support, and anti-glare glass. Audio is handled by a six-speaker Dolby Atmos system.
The device includes a 70Wh battery that Asus said can deliver up to 26 hours of battery life on a single charge, although actual usage varies depending on workload and system configuration.
Connectivity options include USB Type-C and USB Type-A ports, HDMI 2.1, and a 3.5mm audio jack. It also features a spill-resistant keyboard with 1.5mm key travel and a haptic touchpad.
For enterprise users, the ExpertBook Ultra incorporates Asus’ subscription-free MyExpert AI suite and hardware-level security features compliant with the NIST SP 800-193 firmware resiliency standard.
It also supports dual biometric authentication to strengthen device security against cyber threats.
“The Flagship of the Industry. Period,” Asus said in describing the ExpertBook Ultra, positioning the device as its top-tier business laptop for professionals requiring portability, performance, and enterprise-grade protection.
