US enterprise cloud provider Spoken Communications is seeking to gain more local customers in 2014 after successfully providing dominant PLDT with its first cloud-based call center technology in the Philippines last year.
In a report submitted to the National Telecommunications Commission, the companies were able to reestablish cellular service in 100 percent of all cities and municipalities of the following provinces: Aklan, Antique, Biliran, Bohol, Capiz, Cebu, Eastern Samar, Guimaras, Iloilo, Leyte, Negros Occidental, Negros Oriental, Northern Samar, Southern Leyte and Western Samar.
GXI executives said GCash will be offered to TGMI affiliate companies and organizations such as the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) and the Franchise Corporation of the Philippines (FranCorp), among others.
