Teleperformance becomes first firm in PH to get ‘Great Place to Work’ certification

BPO firm Teleperformance has announced that its Philippine office is the first ever company in the country to receive certification as a “Great Place to Work” by the Great Place to Work Institute.

Over 24,000 employees across Teleperformance?s 18 offices in the Philippines participated in an online survey that rated the company in terms of culture, teamwork, growth and learning opportunities, leadership communication and support, sense of pride, work environment, among others.

This was then followed by HR process audits and group discussions to assess the candid insights of employees.

?It is with great pleasure to announce that Teleperformance has completed the assessment processes of the Great Place to Work Institute and has reached the Certification level by achieving scores beyond the required threshold. Teleperformance in the Philippines has worked towards building a differentiated and great workplace ? with true dedication, passion and creativity,? said Great Place to Work Institute of Greater China CEO, Jose Carlos Bezanilla.

The Great Place to Work Institute is a global research and consulting company that provides benchmarks, standards, and executive advisory to enable organizations to create, sustain, and recognize outstanding workplace cultures. Companies are assessed and certified as a great place to work through surveys and focus group discussions with employees and leaders.

?The Great Place to Work certification is a celebration of our values and the voice of our people. It is a true manifestation of our culture of caring and team spirit, as well as the inspiring work environment that is a key differentiator for us in the industry,” said Travis Coates, managing director of Teleperformance Philippines.

?In a highly competitive sector where people?s performance is key, this recognition is yet another example of how Teleperformance in the Philippines cares for our employees, who in turn care for our clients and their customers.?
