pandamart shifts to 24/7 grocery delivery nationwide

foodpanda Philippines has shifted its quick-commerce arm, pandamart, to 24/7 operations nationwide, expanding access to online grocery delivery beyond typical store hours.

The company said the move makes pandamart the first online-only full grocery platform in the country to offer round-the-clock service, as demand for faster fulfillment continues to grow in the local e-commerce market.

The service is supported by a network of “dark stores,” or fulfillment centers dedicated to online orders, now operating 24/7 in key urban areas including Metro Manila, Baguio, Cebu, and Davao.

Unlike traditional convenience stores that focus on limited, ready-to-consume items, pandamart offers a broader inventory that includes fresh produce, raw meat, frozen goods, and household essentials — allowing users to complete full grocery purchases at any time of day.

“In pandamart, we recognize that consumer needs are always changing, and we need to keep up with them. Convenience, affordability, and quality have rarely come together in one grocery experience, and that is exactly what we want to change,” said Joseph Wijesekara, Director for Q-Commerce of foodpanda Philippines.

“With our 24/7 stores, customers can now get grocery essentials anytime they need them, with the quality they expect at prices they can afford. Whether it’s fruits and vegetables at 3 PM or 3 AM, pandamart is ready to deliver.”

foodpanda said it is leveraging its existing logistics network to support the expanded operations, alongside in-app vouchers and its pandapro subscription offering, which includes zero delivery fees.

“Our goal is to ensure that convenience never has a closing time,” Wijesekara added. “We are here to support the 24/7 lifestyle of the modern Filipino.”
