Asticom Holding Co. Inc., the shared services arm of the Globe Group, has joined the Workday Partner Program, enabling it to offer implementation services for Workday’s human capital management (HCM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms in the Philippines.
The partnership expands Asticom’s enterprise technology portfolio as local companies continue to invest in digital transformation initiatives covering workforce management, finance, and business operations.
Under the arrangement, Asticom’s IT-BPO unit, Asti Business Services Inc. (ABSI), will serve as the local implementation partner for Workday solutions. ABSI will provide deployment, systems integration, and digital transformation services for organizations adopting the platform.
Workday develops cloud-based enterprise applications for human resources and finance and serves more than 11,500 customers globally across industries such as financial services, retail, and technology.
Its platform incorporates artificial intelligence tools designed to automate business processes, provide workforce insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
Asticom said the partnership will allow Philippine enterprises to access global HR and finance technologies through a local implementation partner.
“We are pleased to share this partnership as we continue to strengthen our portfolio of world-class services and solutions, fulfilling our mission of helping businesses thrive in an increasingly digital landscape. Together with Workday, we are well-positioned to drive meaningful transformation in HR and finance within the Philippines,” said Mharicar Castillo-Reyes, president and CEO of Asticom.
Workday Asean general manager Jess O’Reilly said demand is increasing for AI-enabled enterprise tools that can improve productivity and workforce management.
“We are excited to collaborate with Asticom to bring our world-class HCM and finance standards to more local organizations. By combining our global technology with Asticom’s local presence and expertise, we aim to help businesses unlock new levels of productivity and workforce resilience in the age of AI,” O’Reilly said.
Asticom, a wholly owned subsidiary of Globe Telecom and part of the Ayala Corporation group, serves more than 200 clients and employs over 4,000 professionals nationwide.
The company provides services spanning human resources, talent solutions, information technology, finance, and other business support functions.
