Epson PH launches portable lifestyle projectors

The local office of tech giant Epson has introduced a new lineup of portable lifestyle projectors, targeting consumers who split their time between home, work, and mobile setups.

The new Lifestudio series includes the Lifestudio Pop (EF-61G, EF-62N) and Lifestudio Flex (EF-71, EF-72) models.

The company says the devices are designed for flexible use in small apartments, home offices, and temporary workspaces.

The Lifestudio Pop models weigh about 1.6 kilograms, while the Flex series supports adjustable rotation for projecting on walls or ceilings.

The series received a 2025 Good Design Award, with the Lifestudio Pop named among the top 100 products for its minimalist design.

Both Pop and Flex models weigh under four kilograms and are designed for easy transport. The EF-72 model combines a projector, ambient lamp, and wireless speaker in a single unit. It can also run on a USB Type-C power bank, allowing use in areas without fixed power outlets.

The Flex models feature adjustable projection angles, reducing the need for external mounts or improvised stands. They are also compatible with Epson’s optional floor stand, which allows height adjustments between 60 and 80 centimeters.

The Lifestudio projectors use Epson’s Triple Core Engine, which combines 3LCD technology with a triple color light source.

The company says this setup delivers up to 1,000 lumens of color and white brightness and avoids the “rainbow effect” associated with some single-chip projectors.

All models include stereo speakers developed with Bose and run on Google TV, providing access to major streaming platforms and content recommendations.

The projectors also support automatic keystone correction, screen adjustment, wall color correction, and obstacle avoidance, allowing the image to resize when objects are detected on the projection surface.

“Our new Lifestudio portable projectors are designed to integrate seamlessly into the diverse lifestyles of modern consumers,” said Masako Kusama, president and director of Epson Philippines Corporation.

“Compact yet powerful, they combine performance, design and adaptability that enable people to create their own cinematic moments wherever they are.”

Epson has also introduced the Projection Studio app, available on Android and iOS. The app allows users and guests to share photos, comments, and reactions in real time during gatherings, displaying them on the projected screen.

Pricing and Availability

The Lifestudio Pop and Flex projectors are now available in the Philippines at promotional prices ranging from P35,000 to P62,000. Epson is also offering bundled promotions valued at up to P11,000.
