Zoho eyes bigger PH push as demand rises for AI-ready enterprise software

India-based software firm Zoho Corp. said it is increasing its investment in the Philippines as local businesses look for integrated software platforms that can support artificial intelligence deployment without adding complexity or security risks.

The company said demand is being driven by businesses modernizing their operations and managing a growing mix of applications, AI tools, and security requirements.

Zoho reported 21% year-on-year revenue growth in the Philippines in 2025 and said it had surpassed one million paying customers globally by early 2026.

At its Zoholics user conference on July 3, Zoho outlined new product updates centered on agentic AI, platform unification, and security-focused infrastructure, positioning them as part of its expansion in the Philippine market.

“Filipino businesses are figuring out how to adopt AI without driving up costs or creating new security gaps as they scale. At Zoholics this year, we demonstrated how Zoho’s unified platform integrates seamlessly with proprietary and global AI models, offering a practical path for businesses to realize the benefits of agentic AI,” said Gibu Mathew, managing director for Asia Pacific at Zoho.

Zoho said one of its latest offerings is Zia Agents, which allows businesses to deploy autonomous digital agents across its portfolio of more than 50 products.

The system includes pre-built agents for different business functions, a no-code and low-code Zia Agent Studio for customization, and an Agent Marketplace for sharing specialized agents within the Zoho ecosystem.

The company also highlighted updates to Zoho One, its bundled business software platform, which it said now serves more than 75,000 customers globally.

Zoho said the platform is designed to bring business applications, workflows, and tools into a single environment rather than requiring companies to manage them separately.

Zoho cited findings from its “State of Workforce Password Security 2026” report to underscore the problem it is trying to address.

According to the report, 64% of businesses in the Asia-Pacific region use more than 15 applications, while 73% do not have full visibility over workforce identity and access.

The company said AI capabilities are now embedded across the Zoho One platform, including Ask Zia, a cross-application assistant intended to help users make decisions within their existing workflows. Zoho One is priced at $37 per user per month.
