Appliance store Moderno Home Depot has introduced the MHD-4500 AI Smart Toilet in the Philippines, offering smartphone-based controls, automated hygiene functions, and voice command capabilities for P48,999.
Marketed as the country’s first app-controlled smart toilet, the MHD-4500 connects to smartphones via Bluetooth through the Moderno Smart Home app, which is available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Users can operate the toilet’s functions through the mobile app, voice commands, or a dedicated remote control, bringing connected home technology into the bathroom.

The MHD-4500 includes a self-cleaning nozzle, front and rear washing functions, bidet and hip wash options, adjustable nozzle positioning, and ultraviolet (UV) sterilization.
For user comfort, the toilet features a heated seat, adjustable water temperature, and an adjustable drying system. It also offers multiple massage settings, including strong-soft and moving massage modes.
Other features include built-in aromatherapy, dynamic lighting, a night light, automatic lid opening and closing, and a slow-closing seat ring.
The toilet uses a siphon-jet flushing system that supports automatic and manual flushing, as well as a foot-sensor option for hands-free operation.
A built-in water tank and booster pump support the flushing mechanism, while leakage protection and power-outage flushing are designed to maintain functionality under different operating conditions.
The MHD-4500 has an elongated ceramic body with an LED display and integrated controls.

The MHD-4500 is available at Moderno Home Depot showrooms in Baliwag, Bulacan; Congressional Avenue, Quezon City; Biñan City, Laguna; and Davao City. Customers can also purchase the smart toilet through the company’s official website.
