Concentrix, the largest private employer in the country, has launched iX360, an immersive experience center focused on intelligent solutions, alongside the opening of its new operations site at Robinsons GBF Tower 2 in Bridgetowne in Quezon City as the company expands its presence in the Philippines.
The launch event, dubbed “iX360 and GBF Site: Digital Journeys Reimagined,” was attended by representatives from government agencies, as well as private-sector partners such as Robinsons Land Corporation and Philippine Airlines.
The company said iX360 will serve as a collaborative space where clients and employees can explore solutions using analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence technologies.
“iX360 represents how we are bringing intelligent experience to life — where strategy, technology, and human ingenuity come together to create real business impact,” said Amit Jagga, executive vice president and chief business officer of Concentrix Philippines.
Larah Sta. Maria, vice president for transformation and shared services at Concentrix Philippines, said the initiative aims to rethink how organizations integrate technology and workforce operations.
“Transformation today is not just about adopting new technologies — it’s about reimagining how people, processes, and platforms work together,” Sta. Maria said.
The newly opened GBF Tower site can accommodate nearly 4,000 employees and represents Concentrix’s 52nd site in the Philippines. The seven-floor facility spans around 20,000 square meters and involved an investment of about P2 billion.
The site includes amenities such as a gym, clinic, wellness and recreational areas, sleeping quarters, shower rooms, and multiple pantry spaces.
Concentrix currently employs more than 100,000 workers across the country. The company said the expansion forms part of its continuing investment in digital transformation and integrated business services operations in the country.
