Salesforce has announced the global availability of Agentforce 360, a new platform that integrates humans and AI agents in a single system aimed at redefining enterprise productivity and customer engagement.
Described as the foundation of the “Agentic Enterprise,” the platform allows businesses to connect employees, customers, and data within one trusted environment.
According to Salesforce chair and CEO Marc Benioff, the initiative marks a shift toward using AI to “elevate human potential” rather than replace workers.
Agentforce 360 follows a year-long rollout of previous versions — Agentforce, Agentforce 2, Agentforce 2dx, and Agentforce 3 — each adding new capabilities such as workflow automation, governance tools, and interoperability across systems.
The new release brings together Salesforce’s Data 360, Customer 360 Apps, and Slack into a unified platform. It introduces tools like Agentforce Builder for natural-language agent creation, Agentforce Voice for real-time spoken interactions, and Hybrid Reasoning that combines rule-based workflows with large language model reasoning.
Salesforce said Agentforce 360 is already in use internally and across 12,000 customer organizations.
Reported outcomes include a 46% case deflection at Reddit, 51% of candidate conversations handled after hours at Adecco, 70% of inquiries resolved autonomously at OpenTable, and a 15% reduction in handling time at Engine.
The company also emphasized integration with partners including Anthropic, Google Cloud, OpenAI, and Snowflake, with a new Slack-native AgentExchange marketplace to distribute third-party AI agents and applications.
